1. Payment

We follow Net 30 payment terms, meaning payment is due 30 days from the invoice date unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods are company checks and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Alipay, though please note that processing fees may apply.

2. Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB/EXW (Incoterms). Standard published shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Handling fees are $10 for domestic orders and $13 for international orders. Additional packing charges may apply for specific products.

Customers can use their own carrier accounts; please let us know when placing your order. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our discounted shipping rates. We primarily use FedEx Standard Overnight for shipping. For details on our standard rates, please refer to our rate schedule.

Abovchem’s products are subject to U.S. export laws, regulations, and international agreements. The seller is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, riots, governmental restrictions, transportation delays, accidents, or shortages of labor, materials, or supplies.
